Organizational Assessment
The foundation for improving organizational or process effectiveness is assessment—determining where your stands, where you want to be, and what factors might impede progress. Using a variety of research and evaluation tools to collect and analyze data -identify critical issues facing your organization, while also estabilishing appropriate benchmarks will set the standard you expect.
Involving members in this process also helps promote organizational buy-in on potential solutions. Together, your team members define clear intervention strategies that are based on the desired outcomes and timeline. Interventions may include leadership development, team building, training, conflict resolution, new organizational structures, or development of a vision and mission statement.
